"I would like to publicly commend the staff for their quick thinking, team work and decisive action this afternoon. In particular, the gentleman who appeared to be the manager (as it was mentioned the store doesn't have security) who responded immediately, stepping in with the professionalism and authority of highly trained security during the at altercation. The team at the front service desk also acted swiftly, ushering customers into the safety of the store, while a female staff member calmly contacted the police without hesitation. Their composure and teamwork were truly reassuring. The staff acted incredibly fast to protect customers and move the situation away from the store, ensuring everyone’s safety. I have visited this store dozens of times and have never witnessed anything remotely like this before- the instigator repeatedly stating he was from Toowoomba. The staff's calm, efficient handling of the incident deserves real recognition as no one was hurt especially innocent bystanders and staff, due to the actions of the staff and manger."
